Women's Retreat

"Passing the Baton"

October 1 & 2 2010 at Meadowkirk Retreat Center in Middleburg, VA. Special Guest Speaker: Esther Burroughs will speak about passing the baton of Hope, of Love and of Faith. For women of all ages. Special cottage and activities for High School girls. Come find rest for your souls! Register soon so you won't miss out. You can register on Sunday mornings at the Welcome Desk.Additionally you can download the form above, fill it out and drop it off at the PBC office with your payment. Please register soon as thespace is limited. We have extended the deadline to July 31.

Goals
  • Provide Bible studies and small groups that connect and challenge women to grow in faith and love for God and others
  • Provide outreach and connecting opportunities through events and missions to encourage others to receive and grow in Christ's love and improve our witness for Christ
  • Establish foundations and material to foster mentoring relationships, older women teaching younger women as in Titus 2, to fullfill our unique role as wives, daughters, and mothers
  • Encourage opportunities and environments to pray for women’s specific needs and the leaders.
  • Build and maintain effective women's ministry leaders through training, discipling and prayer
